We used this resource to help with data collection for a special education student. It worked great because it had visual resources for him.

Such a great activity for my students to practice reading menus and monetary amounts. Perfect practice before a Community Based Instruction field trip.

Students enthusiastically engaged with this activity, including very reluctant students who find maths challenging. We used photocopied notes and plastic coins to make amounts and give change. Students loved it. Furthermore, the levels of mathematics conversations among peers was amazing! A UK edition would be fab! Thank you for sharing a very well presented menu! :)
