A Google Slides or Paper Product
Where are all my visual learners at?! I don’t know if you know this, but when students color code something they are more likely to remember it because they are internalizing their learning (according to weareteachers.com).
This student-guided color-coding study guide will not only help students with line plots (4.MD.4), but it will also teach them the study skill of color-coding their notes. Students will learn how to color-code processes, create line plots, and more!
This student-guided color-coding study guide includes:
- A PDF version where students can use colored pencils in person
- A Google Slide Deck version where they drag and drop the colored rectangles to the correct spot according to the directions.
