Need a way for your students to understand DNA base pairing? This activity not only helped my students understand how nitrogenous base pairs work in DNA, but it created a fun model that they attached to their keys, backpacks, purses, etc.... I usually do it around Christmas so it doubles as my gift to my students.

A little challenging to complete "perfectly" without wires poking you. Great to give students as a "take-away" after the DNA lesson.
