What is this product?

This is a product that I created for my students so that they could take ownership of their learning while giving them the opportunity to choose higher level questions. I use these cards during guided reading, but they could be used for whole group or independent working time as well. This product was created based on the research of Dr. Webb’s Depth of Knowledge.

What’s included in this product?

• 27 Question Cards that contain 4 DOK leveled questions on each card. The questions vary from DOK level 1-4.
• 1 blank question card to use if you want to write in your own questions. (This is not edible.)
• 1 student answer sheet if you don't use the flip book.
• 1 student Flip Book and cover for answers.
• Reward Sticker bookmarks for students so you can reward them for effort and improvement with their work and writing a response.
• Assessment Rubric and place to take notes on your students as they work.
• Student Rubric charts for if you would like your student to assess themselves and/or help them with goal setting.
