Why I Created this Resource:
Before I created this Digital Signup sheet for Daily 5, we spent time calling out what each student wanted to signup for each day. That took valuable time. Now, students spend time on Monday to fill out this form! I then print out the results and display them in the classroom. Students then understand what they are doing each day, for each rotation, for the rest of the week.
*We do 3 rounds, 15 minutes each. You can add or remove to your liking.
