- No more trying to explain raw numbers in meetings
- No more relying on memory or general impressions of student behavior
- Supports consistent scoring across staff or class periods
- Makes it easier to see when supports are working — and when they need to change
Because scoring is based on the number of prompts required, data stays more objective and consistent, even when multiple adults are supporting the same student.
Useful for Team Communication
Clear graphs make it easier to:
- Review progress with students
- Share data with parents and families
- Communicate patterns with administrators and support staff
- Provide documentation for outside providers (counselors, doctors, therapists, etc.)
- Support decisions about interventions, services, and placement
Visual data helps shift conversations from opinions to patterns — which is especially important when discussing next steps.
Important Notes
- This resource works in both Excel and Google Sheets.
- However, phase lines can only be added in Excel, as this feature is not supported in Google Sheets.
- Editable fields are type-in only. Layout is not customizable.
