Use this Daily Point Card behavior chart in your classroom with your students who need extra behavior support. The behavior goals are individualized on this chart for specific behaviors the student is working on. The behaviors can be individualized for any student's goals. This chart can also be used to track behavior goals on an IEP or for students participating in Check-In/Check-Out through Tier II behavior support. The "T" stands for Try Again, rather than having a "0" on the point card. Modify it for any grade level, any goals/expectations, any classroom schedule, etc. The Bonus Points section to the right side can also be removed or modified.
