These daily point sheets are a simple way for teachers to keep track of students’ behaviors on a daily basis. Point sheets are a good way to track behaviors of students in either the special education class or general education class. Please feel free to reach out with questions, comments, or suggestions!
Tip: Sheets are fully editable, so you can match behaviors to IEP goals, target behaviors, or classroom expectations. I would recommend prints back-to-back and compile sheets in either a binder or three-prong folder.

The point sheet is great to use. I found that the points scale was a little high for my student. I had to make some adjustments.
