Daily check-in is a great way to have a soft start to your morning! Upon arrival I have students complete this morning check-in and then I have students color, draw, mediate or read.

This form is 100% editable! You can adjust to your needs/likings!

This is also a great data collection too! I turn students responses into a Google Spreadsheet to read the information in a more uniformed way. In order to this follow the steps below:

1) On the Google Form, click "Responses"

2) In the the right hand corner, click "Link to Sheets"

3) Either click "create a new spreadsheet" or "select existing spreadsheet"

I share the spreadsheet with Social Workers or other case managers to help better support students and their needs.
