Hello everyone! I am so excited to be sharing my first TPT product!

I created these daily check-in forms as a companion to my Digital Learning Daily Slides that I am using with my students while we are away from school! These forms are a great way to "take attendance" and check on how your students are doing at the same time!

These are all of the exact same forms as my original post for this item, but this will give you the entire folder of forms with one form for each day straight to your Google Drive instead of going through a PDF Although there are already questions on each form, they are fully customizable, so you can always add your own questions!
