This product is formatted for a daily check-in/check-out (CICO) for students and staff to utilize to track, reward, and manage behavior. It is formatted for a 6 period school day and mainly used with middle and high school, but can be adapted to time periods and behavioral needs. It utilizes visuals with smiley faces and awards points for each behavior and each hour of the day as well as a key for staff/teachers to know which point allocation is appropriate.

This product will create a copy of the document for you to customize to your schedule and behavior tracking needs. This product can also be printed two-sided so you have a two-sided half sheet for each day.
