Description

Need a quick way to communicate with parents about their child's day at school?

Use this behavior calendar for school-home communication!

Daily Communication Log includes:

A page for each week, August 2019-July 2020 (The dates are editable so you can easily update the log each year!)

Circles for recording student behavior

Space for parent signatures each night

Behavior Codes, 7 pre-written (editable to fit your needs)

A parent note to explain how the communication log works

Students can record a sentence or two about something they learned or something exciting that happened at school each day. They also record their behavior each day with color coded circles and behavior codes and parents sign each night after they have reviewed the log. It is good for keeping parents in the loop and for behavior documentation. The best part is, it only takes a few minutes of your day!

This document is editable so you can change it to meet the needs of your classroom and students. Instructions for editing the document are included.

This product is designed to pair with my behavior clip chart, which is free, in my TPT store, and my behavior reward cards. Check them out!
