Daily communication log or daily home note provides families with a brief snapshot of their learner's day. The Google Form allows data to be synthesized and creates a digital log for teacher records. As a self-contained classroom teacher with before verbal students I have used this across six years to create open lines of communication with families and outside service providers to facilitate student success.
