Week 2 Review:
These fun-filled power points have sounds and motions to grab students' attention and motivate them during this easy-to-use math review. This review can be done as a whole group presentation or you can put it on student computers for them to review on their own.
In these power points, the students will daily review addition with a fun Christmas themed math story. The power point will supply pictures to illustrate it and then pop up the parts of the number sentence separately, so students have a chance to respond as to what should appear next.
After the addition story, picture, and number sentence, the students will review one of the following topics each day: number identification, quantity discrimination, missing number, fluent addition (sums of 5 by adding 0 or 1), and base ten. These are common core areas and AIMS Web tested areas. There is a fun goal for each of these that really get the students pumped about math!
