Description
This is a daily math journal template that we use in my classroom each day. It helps the students stay on track and learn note-taking skills. The teacher could fill it out prior to the lesson with some sort of interactive activity, or you could have the students just use it to take notes. The template includes boxes for:
-"Big Idea"
-"I can" statements
-"Showing My Learning" (note-taking spot)
-"Today I Learned..." written reflection
-"Exit Slip" (for formative assessment)
