Description
This chart is used for students who struggle with staying on task. Each day the student can choose his/her own reward to work for. Throughout the day, teacher gives student a star for staying on task within that given time. If the student reaches the goal, he/she earns the reward.
I laminate the chart and use wet erase markers for drawing the stars. I created different task visuals boxes and use velcro to take on and off chart.
The chart and task visual boxes can be edited for differentiation.
