I use this sheet to help keep a routine for class-one sheet per week of school. The left column is used for students to write down the Spanish calendar information (could be other bellwork), the middle column is for our daily mini-quiz/check-up for vocabulary (could be other formative assessment), and the right column is the exit ticket/question of the day that checks their understand of the day's materials. Students keep these sheets in a binder section and I collect them every now and then as a participation grade.
