Description

Do you use The Zones of Regulation (trademark) with your students for social/emotional learning? This resource is a great way to help students to check in with their emotions and think about strategies to help them in each zone. This Google Form was designed for remote learning, but can be edited or modified to use for any type of classroom. With this resource you will also receive an editable Google Slides Zones Anchor Charts with directions to help you customize the images in your Google Form with your Bitmoji or other pictures (the link . Students first select which zone they are in and the form will take them to the section for that zone. They will indicate how they are feeling and why. They will also tell what strategy they will try to help them if they are not in the green zone. There is also a spot for students to indicate if they would like to meet with the teacher to talk about their feelings. The data generated by students will export to a spreadsheet for you to see how they are doing each day.

I love using this form as a way for students to check in. I set the responses to send an email when a new response is submitted. Super easy to use.
