Data Record Sheet- Using MAP
Share

Description

This excel sheet is something I created to help teachers in my building organize their data and growth for each student. It is easy to use and is adaptable for your classroom. The data I use for this comes from the MAP (Measure of Academic Progress) test and is based off of the fifth grade "goals". However, you can adapt the "Goals chart" for your own grade level and use the ranges based of of your State testing language. I am from Kentucky so we use "Novice", "Apprentice", "Proficient, and "Distinguished". This was a great resource for our school and something all teachers and grade levels were using so we were all on the same page. If you love organization or need help organizing data and staying on top of your student's progress and growth this Excel sheet is for you!

What type of improvements would you like to see? I'm sure there are some as this resource was created 4-5 years ago. I'd love your specific feedback!
