This self driven data tracker helps students keep track of their data the entire school year. Everything from each unit's per and post exam scores plus growth made on each exam, plus a visual bar graph to show the growth, their iXL score progress through the year, making iXL score goals, Interim and AimsWEB BOY MOY EOY exams scores, and weekly homework. My parents LOVE these because they are rarely caught off guard by their student's accomplishments. It's great for students to be able to self reflect on their efforts through the school year as well. I took 2 years perfecting what was necessary and not to have on this one-pager. There is a progress tracker for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade; but you can edit it to whatever grade level you need! This is also a FANTASTIC resource to use if you are using any kind of 'data tracking' as your yearly professional T-TESS goal.
