Description

This ready-to-use data tracking spreadsheet keeps all of your student data in one, convenient location. You will no longer have to flip through tabs in binders or look up each individual score when discussing student performance. This sheet is set up to track state test scores, quarter grades, iReady scores, and has a section to keep track of things like if they receive Title services, are an active ELL, or have a PMP.

Designed to save teachers valuable time, it organizes grades and assessment scores into a clear, easy-to-read format so you can instantly identify students who need enrichment or intervention. Simply enter student scores and the spreadsheet does the rest—no manual formulas or recalculating required. Perfect for data meetings, parent conferences, and organizing small groups, this tool helps you walk into every meeting confident, prepared, and equipped with accurate growth data for all of your students on one single sheet.

Everything is editable so you can customize the sheet to best suit your needs. The sheet has 4 tabs along the bottom that you can choose from and adjust as you see fit:

  • 2 Classes - with calculations
  • 1 Class - with calculations
  • 2 Classes - without calculations
  • 1 Class - without calculations

The automatic calculations/color coding include:

  • Growth needed to reach PM3 goal
  • Growth from PM1 to PM2
  • Growth needed from PM2 to PM3 to reach goal
  • Growth from PM2-PM3
  • Color coding to match FAST from levels 1-5
  • Quarter grades below a 60 automatically turn red to stand out
  • Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 grades average

Color coding for state testing is set up to mirror the colors of the levels on the Florida Assessment of Student Thinking (FAST). If you do not use the FAST Test, there are tabs along the bottom for sheets without those specific color codes.
