Making data-driven decisions is an important part of classroom instruction. Often times it is hard to keep track of the many different pieces. This is a tool I use personally in my classroom to track different assessments (fluency, STAR Scores, Grades, Attendance). Use of this tool can help streamline data and give an overall picture of how students are progressing.
