Description
This is a set of 5 lessons that help with breaking down the story into manageable chunks for better understanding and comprehension. Each chapter is studied as a separate lesson.
For each lesson there are different skills studied. The format is the same for each chapter.

Interactive Writing
It is best if this is done with small groups such as in a guided reading setting. This will allow for discussion, listening to others read, and assistance when needed.
I have included templates for some of the skills work and interactive writing activities and I have also included vocabulary cards.
I have also added some possible scripts that can be used for introducing each chapter.
