Use these file folder games to have your students practice basic skills, independence, and fine motor skills at the same time! Simply print, laminate, and attach Velcro! Students with special needs often need lots of help with those basic skills and file folders can be a way for them to independently get that practice. This one was designed with December in mind so it includes Christmas, Kwanzaa, Las Posadas, Santa Lucia, Hanukkah, hot cocoa, toys, and gingerbread in the theme!

If you don’t want to prepare these tasks as independent file folder games you can use the file folder covers as dividers and create an independent task binder or bind similar tasks with a binding machine. Laminate all tracing pages so practice can happen daily with dry erase markers. Print in landscape view instead of portrait if you want it smaller so your pieces can be stored on the same page.
