This packet will provide you with template pieces to make a cute 'Decimal Turkey' to help your students explore and understand the concept of decimals from fractions.
They will shade a fraction, put their turkey together and write some information about the decimal on the turkey feathers.
A 'completed' turkey is provided should you wish to omit the cut and glue component.
These pieces can be printed on color paper, or print them on white paper and ask your students to shade them.
