Decimal Operations: Addition and Subtraction (Charts)

This set includes six charts that could be used in a lesson on operations involving decimal numbers, including both static and dynamic addition and subtraction. The charts provide visuals to support understanding of the process.

After using the charts in the lesson, they can be printed and displayed for student reference. They can also be printed and distributed to students for their notebooks.

You can follow your lesson with the set of task cards (sold separately) to provide practice for your students. The set of cards include both static and dynamic problems for:

• addition and subtraction of numbers in the tenths;
• addition and subtraction of numbers in the hundredths.
