I found it very useful. I liked the way I could make multiple numbers.

Simple, but nice, flipchart. A few suggestions: 1- Be sure to lock everything that is not supposed to move. 2- It would be helpful to have notes in the notes browser to explain how some pages should be used. 3- I could be wrong, but I think you copied the teaching bullets from a textbook (watch out for copyright!) but you might want to specify what students should be looking for when students look at the digit to the right of the rounding digit. You know, that whole five and above give it a shove, 4 and below leave it alone thing. That part isn't mentioned at all and would be a good refresher for most students. I do like that you had a real world problem of perimeter and that the decimals went out to the thousandths place; that's definitely appropriate for fifth grade and above.
