In this Decimals on a Number Line Problem-Solving Puzzles, students will work with their partner, or a group, to match each of the number line cards to the three points on the number line. Students must agree to what each of the points on the number line represents before matching the card. Once all three points are matched to the number line, the puzzle is complete.

This is a great activity to play for practice when working through understanding or reviewing the skill to maintain mastery. This would be a great group activity to build discourse as you work on in your classroom.

This LOW PREP activity is easy to implement into your math stations or as a quick activity in your classroom to determine their understanding of the concept.
