Description
Three separate labs are included in this download.
The first one requires students to measure the mass and volume of different objects, calculate their density, create hypotheses as to if they will float when placed in water, make observations and draw conclusions.
The second one examines regular vs. diet soda densities.
The third one has students look at granite vs. basalt and make conclusions about the continental and oceanic crusts.

Good lab
Love!
Excellent resource; I'm going to use this for 6th, 7th, and 8th grades to teach and review density. Thank you!
