Description

These describing activities target describing objects by their function, feature, and class. Real photos of nouns to describe work well for students with autism or development delays. It includes 12 pages of worksheets with visual/written prompts and choices.

Each worksheet contains a pictured object to practice describing by the following prompts:

1. What do you do with it?

2. What color is it?

3. What category does it belong to?

There are also 4 extra pictured objects included at the end for your student to practice describing independently without the visual choices.

Once your student has determined the correct attributes of each object, you can practice making simple sentences to describe them! It includes pictures of real objects.
