This is a small token chart that can fit on a student's desk. In the middle of the frame is the target behavior that will be reinforced. Every time the student demonstrate the target behavior, you can check off one box. When all 20 boxes are checked off, student is rewarded.
The chart is 3.5" x 3.5" and is a great small size for a student's desk. Laminate it for multiple use.
