Description

Do you need a way for students to practice labeling the different parts of a dictionary entry? If so, these worksheets are a good way to do it. Students are instructed to cut out labels and paste them in the appropriate spot on a dictionary entry and then highlight definitions.

Two slightly-different worksheets are included. Both use the same entry. Use one for practice and one for homework or as an assessment. Both worksheets are also available as a drag and drop activity in Easel.

A Parts of a Dictionary Entry PowerPoint is available for sale to teach or review each of the parts covered on the worksheets. Both the worksheets and the PowerPoint are also available in a bundle.
