Description
These worksheets are modified from the middle school math curriculum. They are great for special education students who require an alternate or modified curriculum.
There are four pages, all with the same function table. Differentiating will be easy, because all papers look similar. The x and y numbers are color-coded for students to see what the functions are. Two of the pages have hints on them, with the equation written in each row; the other two do not. Two pages have cut and paste numbers, while the other two require students to write the number in.
A documentation box is in the top right hand corner for easy IEP documentation.
