Description

In these fun and interactive games, students will practice Letter Fluency, Letter sound Fluency, and nonsense word Fluency. Each category has 3 differentiated recording sheets that can be used as a whole group or in small groups and stations. Each Fluency focus can be used independently or mixed based on students needs.

Students will use magnetic letters or other letters set out to grab and name stopping when the one minute timer is up. The student will count correct letters and graph them onto the form. Reset the letters and the next child will take turn. Continue for 3 rounds.

To create more excitement, use a checkered flag to signal the children when to start. You can also graph data onto a large master copy of final scores to show growth and help children with goal setting.
