This Agenda is designed to provide students and teachers with the opportunity to keep track of weekly activities digitally. This is a great tool that will work well for synchronous as well as distance learning. 

How to Use:

Beginning on the first page you will edit the date to match the current weeks ahead. From each tab, students will be directed to specific days of the week and each slide leads to the following day.  Add hyperlinks on the subject tabs for helpful resources or to specific instructions for completing assignments.

You may edit the tabs to include:

• Daily subjects
• Announcements 
• Upcoming events 
• Homework 
• Quiz prep instructions 
• Specialist subjects 
• Include links to frequently used sites 

I personally used this weekly planner to provide students with daily activities notifications. Students were given the agenda at the beginning of each week and they visited the planner daily for any new updates and changes. This worked well during the distance learning period. 

Differentiation: You may include voice recording of daily instructions then upload the file to the desired subject/tab. 

Editable Sections: 

You ARE able to edit: 

• The cover page by adding the current date
• You may include your teacher name or class code on the first page 
• Each tab around the planner 
• Add text boxes to update the To Do List and daily instructions

You are NOT able to edit: 

• The headers on each page

To share with students there are many options: 

• in Google Classroom as material or an assignment  (instructions provided) 
• through the PDF/Google Slides files on a class site
