Use it as a checklist or record keeping system to help you easily keep track of all the digital assignments your students are doing. As our schools incorporate more virtual learning we need organization systems for tracking digital assignments ASAP! This one is easy to use and convenient, for you to use on a daily or weekly basis. You can also use it for paper assignments.

Do you use several different online services or websites in your teaching? Do you struggle to keep track of all of the grades from several different sites? When a parent calls, or a student asks, “What assignments am I missing?” do you feel faint at heart because you just aren’t sure? Well, my friend, you’re not alone. I was in the same place.

Voila! I created this system in Google Sheets (TM) to keep all the different assignments from different sites organized. I want to share it with you, because who doesn’t need something to make teaching easier?

What is included:
☑ Sheets in Trimesters and Quarters
☑ 34 Editable columns for student names and/or numbers
☑ 9 Weeks of Digital Assignments - add more if you need them
☑ Teacher instructions to help you customize it for your class

☑ You can add or delete sheets and edit all the parts

You have 34 EDITABLE columns for student names across the top. If you need more, you can insert columns. You have a left side border with ten spaces for different sites/assignments. I color code all my academic areas; red is math, blue is ELA, green is science, and so on. You can change the colors to suit your style. CUSTOMIZE the labels to suit what you teach. Add or delete rows to suit your curriculum.

It works with QUARTERS or TRIMESTERS. There are nine weeks on a sheet, and there are four sheets, one for each quarter. It also has three sheets for trimesters with twelve weeks on a sheet if that’s the system your school uses.

Included in the sheets are comments and a page of instructions in case you're new to using this type of resource.
