Use this log to digitally send and collect Check-In Check-Out data! Your purchase comes with three different logs that are designed to be used with 1, 2, or 3 behavior goals. Each behavior log can be sent via email to teachers/staff who can easily assign points to students if they met their goal at the click of a button!
Once you review each day's progress with your students, you can record the data in the next tab and a graph will automatically be generated to visually depict each student's progress toward their goal.
These CICO forms can also be used in the "traditional" manner and be printed out and sent with students at the beginning of the day. Data from the printed log can still be recorded on the digital version to log and graph data.
