This is a digital file that you can use to track where and when your kids are coming and leaving from your classroom virtually.

It can be used if your class is 1:1 with technology by simply having it available on the students devices... or if you have a few computers in your class you can designate one to this.

Why is it important?

1. When you get outside for FIRE DRILL... you can easily see on your device WHEN and WHERE the child went.
2. When the principal is checking the restroom log to see who made a mess in the stall... you have accurate data that NONE of your class was in there at that time.
3. You have data to support that a child is leaving your room too frequently for the restroom.
4. You know what days and times students are being pulled for resources and returning.

All this information goes into a SHEETS for you to see timestamped!

As this is a digital resource... Please find the DIRECTIONS BELOW!

1. Once you've paid... Click the green box titled ADD TO GOOGLE DRIVE.
2. Then click the green box GOT IT.
3. If you only have 1 Google Account/ Gmail go on on to Number 4. -Or- *At this point if you have more than one Google Accounts... you will be prompted to choose the one you wish to use this product with. *Choose the account and then click the blue box ALLOW.
4. Click the green box that is titled VIEW IN GOOGLE DRIVE.
5. Once form opens... now you want to click on each question and slide the button next to REQUIRED to on. ( This is done on the bottom right of EACH question to make sure each question is answered. )
6. Next... if you choose to edit the form in any way (i.e. coming and going places) you should do this now.
7. Click the RESPONSES tab at the top.
8. Click on the green SHEETS logo at the top.
9. You will be prompted to Create a NEW spreadsheet or add to an existing spreadsheet. This is your call, but it is easiest since it is already named to choose NEW as it's already marked and titled for you and then click CREATE.
10. The form will now filter all your responses into this SHEETS doc. ( You can change the widths of the columns now too!)
11. To find of revisit this information at a later time...
1. Open this SHEET in your DRIVE.
2. -or- you can open the form again... click responses... and then click on the SHEETS logo again
