Description
This is a google form version of a fully editable digital hall pass or digital sign in and out sheet for teachers or schools to use. Student’s will select whether they are signing in or out and which room or location they are going to or leaving from. Various common locations are on the google form (bathroom, locker, library, office, nurse, water fountain) and there is an option for another classroom and an other option. If a student selects the other option or another classroom they will have an additional question asking them the teachers name or what other location they are going to or coming from.
All data can be saved and linked to a google sheet for easy sorting. There are two main options.
- Option 1: Link the form to a new spreadsheet and then just sort the timestamp column from Z to A to show the newest responses at the top.
- Option 2: Same as above but no sorting and includes creating an extra sheet that only shows the passes for today.
All questions and fonts can be modified to your liking. You can also format the time on the google sheet to show standard time instead of military time if you prefer.
This can be used by individual teachers or for a smaller school. It is only recommended for middle and high school. It may be difficult for younger students to type in all the information.
