Hi Friends! This is a fun digital literacy game for the classroom AND distance learning! It is for use with Google Slides. Students will love racing to see who can find the hidden object! Students practice letter ID, phonics, and sight words. This game is so easy to differentiate and super engaging! I love to use it during morning meeting, too!
The sight word slides include premade and editable options! The premade sight words included in the Thanksgiving set are: I, a, you, can, see, am, are, me, to, my, we, the, of, in, and, it. You are welcome to add as many of your own sight words as you would like through the editable option!
This game is included in my hidden objects literacy growing bundle! It is extremely discounted. You will receive a variety of themes, and the skill levels will increase throughout the year. In the future, the bundle will include more sight words/cvc/building sentences and less of the alphabet.
I also have a math version! Check out the growing bundle here! Both versions of the game can be differentiated, and the skill levels will grow throughout the year. Perfect for morning meeting, distance learning, building class community, and more!
How to Play:
Students ID while ordering the letters/sight words (teacher can share the screen for distance learning)
Students close their eyes while the teacher hides the object behind one of the letters/words.
Students take turns guessing (and identifying the letters/word) until the object(s) is found!
