Description
This interactive presentation designed to be paperless for digital learning is meant to keep students engaged by requiring them to answer questions to progress through different slides. The presentation introduces students to the basic shapes and their names:
1. Triangle
2. Quadrilateral
3. Pentagon
4. Hexagon
and asks them 10 practice questions along the way as they try to help teach their new friend Gio the Tree about the subject.
Students cannot complete the presentation without getting the multiple choice questions correct, but they are allowed to retry.
This is designed as part of a unit to introduce geometry for 2nd grade students but could be used by advanced younger students or third grade students who need to review geometry.
