Description

Do you NEED TO KNOW if your students understand integer subtraction? Do you need a second version of the quiz to use as a retake or study guide? And would it be helpful for the quiz to give your kids actionable feedback on questions they missed? This digital quiz is just what you’re looking for!

These Google Forms quizzes are a great way to see if your students understand subtracting integers. There are parallel versions of the quiz. This allows you to have different versions for different classes, or to have a second version to use with students who needed a little bit more help.

One of my favorite things about these quizzes is that some questions have built-in, actionable feedback for students who miss questions. For example, a student that matches a story problem to the wrong equation gets a message reminding them that multiplication is repeated addition.

Question topics include

✍Subtracting integers and rational numbers

✍Changing subtraction to addition

✍Models of integer subtraction using chips and a horizontal number line

Here is what you will get:

✅2 parallel quizzes about subtracting integers

✅2 parallel quizzes about subtracting rational numbers (for a total of 4 quizzes!)

✅All 4 quizzes have similar questions, but with different numbers

✅Actionable feedback for students on missed multiple-choice questions

✅Variety of question types including multiple-choice, multiple-choice grid (Google’s version of multiple mark), and short answer (numeric answers).
