Students pick a card and decide the correct time. If they get it correct, they move on. Students receive immediate feedback as to whether their answer is correct or not. These tasks are fun and easy for students to do. This resource also covers Common Core Standards and basic math skills that students learn in first grade.

Boom Cards™ are digital task cards. They can be used on any of your devices. I love the fact that these can even be played on your iPhone on the car ride home! The cards are randomized, so each time they play, they get the deck in a different order. Boom Cards™ are highly engaging and interactive. Inside your download, you will find instructions on how to get your boom decks.
What do I need to use Boom Cards™?
To use Boom Cards™, you must be connected to the Internet. Boom Cards™ play on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Apps are available for Android, iPads, iPhones, and Kindle Fires. For security and privacy, adults must have a Boom Learning account to use and assign Boom Cards™. You will be able to assign the Boom Cards™ you are buying with "Fast Pins," (play provides instant feedback for self-grading Boom Cards™). Fast Play is always a free way for students to engage with Boom Cards™ decks.
How does this resource work?
After your purchase, you tap on the picture links within to get your resource, you will be directed to the Boom Learning Platform.
- You will need to create an account if you do not have one.
- There is a free version and a paid version.
- The free version is fine for just allowing your students to play.
- If you need data and more, the paid versions come in handy.
- These can be assigned in Google Classroom
- You can use fast pin to assign these Boom Cards™ decks to your students.
