Digital Data Collection for math progress monitoring. This is a bundle of math digital task cards that target early math skills. These are not independent student games, but instead a collection of task cards students will solve with a teacher or other adult. The adult will click the checkmark (correct) or crossout (incorrect) after each student answer.

The digital format is similar to what you would see with ESGI data collection.

Use these math data cards to progress monitor early learning and I.E.P. goals.

These skills would also be helpful to track at the beginning of the school year (baseline assessments).

This bundle contains the following separate Boom Card Decks:

  • Number Identification 1-10
  • Number Identification 11-20
  • Number Identification 1-20
  • Counting 1-10
  • Counting 11-20
  • Counting 1-20
  • Shapes 2D
  • Shapes 3D
  • Shapes 2D and 3D
  • Addition within 10
  • Subtraction within 10
  • Color Identification

Use all of the included decks for tracking student progress or select sets to target specific goals. Please note: these decks are intended to be reused for progress monitoring as the cards are randomized within each set.

To use Boom Cards, you must be connected to the Internet. Boom Cards play on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Apps are available for Android, iPads, iPhones, and Kindle Fires. For security and privacy, adults must have a Boom Learning account to use and assign Boom Cards. You will be able to assign the Boom Cards you are buying with "Fast Pins," (play provides instant feedback for self-grading Boom Cards). Fast Play is always a free way for students to engage with Boom Cards decks. For additional assignment options you'll need a premium account.

Understand the relationship between numbers and quantities; connect counting to cardinality.
When counting objects, say the number names in the standard order, pairing each object with one and only one number name and each number name with one and only one object.
Understand that the last number name said tells the number of objects counted. The number of objects is the same regardless of their arrangement or the order in which they were counted.
