Description

Personalized/individualized documents are sent to family emails or administration by simply filling out a google form. With this product, I will show you how to email weekly progress or data reports to every students' family in an hour or less of your time each week. The best part is not having to create individual emails or docs for every student!!! This program will do it for you!!!! Works for online, hybrid, or in-person learning.

This product includes:

-Google Form (editable) to help you fill out the weekly progress/data reports

-Multiple styles of a google slide template (editable) that the google form will fill out using a chrome extension.

-Directions (video) on how to make this an easy process!

**Each item is editable to make it match your needs.**

I needed a way to update my families every week about how their child was doing while we were learning virtually. Once you create the form to be fillable to each student, it gives you lots of options regarding work submission (missing assignments), quality of work, attendance during their LIVE sessions, behaviors while online, and goals. I currently use this for in-person teaching and the parent connection and feedback I receive are priceless.

Feel free to email me with any questions at nordquist.notes@gmail.com - I'm quick to respond and support you as you navigate this resource.

I love that you can customize it to fit you as well." ~Michelle M.

I love the progress report, but I keep getting stuck on these 2 issues 1) how to delay the reports. 2)why the reports duplicate its self and when that happens does it mean more than 1 copy gets emailed out?

Hi! Thanks for your purchase! I’m happy to help you through both these issues. Feel free to free to email me at Nordquist.Notes@gmail.com and I can walk you through how to set a delay trigger and also to vet the 2nd issue. I have an idea, but have a few more questions to confirm and resolve. Thanks!

I am looking forward to using this resource with my 5th graders this year. My team has been discussing how to send weekly reports home digitally instead of making copies each week. I have already tried it. Its time consuming up front but pretty easy once you get it going.
