Are your students in need of repeat practice when it comes to text features? Finding a short and manageable practice that does not overwhelm students can be challenging.

These 20 text features task cards with text-dependent reading comprehension questions are the perfect solution to give your 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students the practice they need.

The use of well-known fiction stories and short modern informational texts will help engage your students as they practice multiple-choice and constructed response questions.

The task cards are leveled to help easily differentiate reading passages that will best meet your students' needs. There are 4 Low (3rd Grade), 7 Medium (4th Grade), and 9 High (5th Grade). The levels are based on the ATOS level.

Great for Elementary students. Click for the Middle School set.

There are 20 short passages, 20 Multiple-Choice, and 20 Constructed Response Questions. There is a text features question on every card, along with a mix of reading standards to help spiral in reading skills practice.

To help save time, the answer key includes the Flordia B.E.S.T. Standards, as well as correlating Common Core Standards.
