Digraphs included in this product: ai, oa, ie, ee, or, ng, oo, oo, ch, sh, th, th, qu, ou, oi, ue, er, ar, ck, nk, wh.
If you print 2 pages on 1 A4 page the Digraph word cards actually fit into the Magnetic Letter container making for a great storage solution!
How to Play:
The letters on the cards match the letters from KMART’S Magnetic Letters set used in the games listed below.
Game 1:
Students choose a card and place it on or near their magnetic whiteboard. They read the card and look at all the letters. They then find the letters in the word and place them on their magnetic whiteboard.
Game 2:
Students choose a card and place it on or near their magnetic whiteboard. They read the card and look at all the letters. They then find the letters in the word and place them on their magnetic whiteboard. They write the word next to or under the magnetic letters using a whiteboard marker.
Game 3:
Students choose a card, read the word and think of how it could be used in a sentence. Students write their sentence using a whiteboard marker and incorporate the chosen digraph word/s by using the KMART Magnetic Letters!
