Description

This concise, to the point and no-prep direct variation lesson is a great way to teach & introduce how to identify a direct variation (proportional) relationship and solve problems that involve direct variation to your students. The beginning of the guided notes go over what a direct variation relationship is and how to determine if equations, tables, graphs and word problems vary directly. There are nine examples included involving direct variation. Students and teachers love how easy these notes are to follow and understand.

These notes get straight to the point of the skill being taught, which I have found is imperative for the attention span of teenagers! They are also a great tool for students to refer back to.

I love everything Mrs. Casias. After purchasing several individual notes, I had to go back and purchase her whole bundles for both grade levels I teach. If your students take STAAR, you need all of her resources!
