Description
The teacher posts 6 different sheets around the room. Each sheet has two examples of direct or inverse proportions, either a graph, a table or an equation. The teacher places students into 6 different groups. Students fill-in the student page, drawing the table, equation and sketch of the graph, label it as direct or inverse, and explain how they know it is direct or inverse. I usually start with 3 minutes for the first station and then give the students 2- 2 1/2 minutes for each additional station.
