This pre-algebra scavenger hunt provides students with practice finding the distance between two points on the coordinate plane. Students may use the Distance Formula or the Pythagorean Theorem to solve. Answers will be written as decimals, rounded to the nearest tenth. Includes 12 questions.

Questions are meant to be posted around the classroom, and students will use the recording sheet to solve. Starting at any given problem, their answer will lead them to the next question posted somewhere else in the classroom. I love this type of assignment because it is self-checking and gets students up and moving.
